Remove a Case or Citation on PayOkaloosaClerk

You will see any case or citation you have linked to your profile on your dashboard. If you want to remove it from your PayOkaloosaClerk profile, follow the steps below:

Note: Removing a case or citation from PayOkaloosaClerk will not impact the status or any balances due, however it will no longer appear on your dashboard at log in.

1. Log in and click Explore Service

2. Select the case or citation you wish to remove, then under "Bill Actions" click Remove Citation

3. ClickAcceptto confirm
